IP changing softie needed

there are many ip chagning softies which give only ips to change in browsers or any other software .

but suppose if i have an internewt application which do not have an option to use proxy how can i give proxy in it ?

i used a softie which could force any exe file to connect through a cetain proxy address (even the exe file didn't had the option) .


so tell me what was the name of the softie and where can i find it .

More pro would be, TOR, http://tor.eff.org/ hard to configiure, but free and works better than any paid software
