A VCD cutter and a joiner - mandates...

Haah!

lately I used Virtualdub for all type of video editing and it worked superbly, but the only catch the output is AVI(Which is actually good)
But I need a Freeware or shareware software which does the job of Clipping and joining of multiple MPEG video files.... and output in MPEG only.

here is what I have already tried.
1. TMPEG basic ver. - It converts or actually re-encodes the MPEG file, which unneccesarily takes time, so crap.
2. VCD Cutter 4.04 - This one Hangs a lots.

So Guys Any good VCD clipper and joiner...?
Don tell me Adobe premiere(transcodes, takes time ) and Windows movie maker(only WMV output)..?

Guys plz any other options....? That piece of software is chinese maal, and really does work like other Chinese product in market (without quality).. lol.

VCD Cutter is not a perfect piece of software.

actually no software is perfect but since you want a freeware, stick to vcd cutter or buy other softwares

VCD cutter is not a freeware ! its a paid software.
tell some sharewares then, which atleast work better than VCDcutter
