how to broke power on password

hi frnds, i have problem with ma pc

when i start ma pc it ask me the power on password

and i dont knw wats the password is

can anyone help me how can i broke ma password and run my pc

even i putt off the cell from the motherboard, but does no effect

plz help me

You need to reset the BIOS using a Jumper, just removing the battery wont work. Just do a search in the forum you will get lots of threads related to resetting the BIOS.

Yeah,he is right.Open your cabinet and you will find 2 pins near the ROM with "short" and "open" written near them.Just join them through a jumper(or even connecting them with a wire also works don't try this if you are not sure!!!) and turn on the computer.You will see the message "checksum error-Defaults loaded" and BIOS will reset.
