Question Antivirus for pendrive

is there any pendrive available that can protect my pendrive from viruses,
i frequently use my pen drive for transferring notes given by our lecturers, but the computer in our classroom is flooded with viruses, each time i copy notes from college's computer to my pendrive ,,, my antivirus detects trojan and i have to manually delete it...
is there any portable free antivirus that should be able to protect the flash drive from viruses being copied into it?

NO, there is no realtime AV scanner for portable drives. Clamwin will reside on your portable disk and you'll hafta scan manually. some of the U3 drives come wid avast! but its trial version.

No free antivirus for pendrive AFAIK - but Sandisk comes with U3 enabled flashdrive which has Avast for U3 - 2 month free trial after which you have to pay for updates....

Alternative is to try either emailing the notes or burning on CDs
