Personal Budget Software (Aug 2007 30 Min Workshop)

Hi!
Sorry if this is not the right section to ask this question.

I have read a 30 min workshop for a personal budget software (bassically written in java) in Aug 07 (i think) but i forget the name of that software as i have lost my copy so can anyone tell me the name & the link as i am desprately looking forward to use that for my personal need.
