Exclamation Norton antivirus problem


hi i am facing one problem i am using norton 2003 with latest updates when i am scaning my system it shows some viruses but it also displays access is denied like that plz help me how can i solve this problem

when does it shows access denied?when u try to open the infected file?Make ur query more clear by posting screenshot.

Gud..Start in safemode..

In run type "navw32 /l" - witout quotes, last character is l as in larry.

Check.

Are you scanning using a limited account? Or if the file system is NTFS, some other user account on your computer may have encrypted that file. or the file may be password protected using any software

NORTON suxs a lot There r also free AV(s) available...try AVG or Avast 4.0 with latest updates U will gt gr8 protection n they r also light on ur system Hope it will works for u
