you can ur self analyze your HJT logfile on http://www.hijackthis.de/

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{5303153C-2B73-4F6C-B9C8-F74FF166C881}: NameServer = 202.144.115.4,202.144.66.6

Do you know the IP or Domain '202.144.115.4,202.144.66.6'? If not, fix this entry.

I can see that MCE is running in background and that might cause the problem since MCE also uses WMP for media playing. So you can remove these:

Code:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvMediaCenter] RUNDLL32.EXE E:\Windows\system32\NvMcTray.dll,NvTaskbarInit
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ehTray.exe] E:\Windows\ehome\ehTray.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WMPNSCFG] E:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\WMPNSCFG.exe
And may be it'll solve ur problem.

^^ You can simply fix them from HijackThis itself. Otherwise open msconfig and disable it.
