Transfer of Firefox Bookmarks !!

Hi,
I have 2 partitions on my hard drive...which has FF installed on both.
Today my 1st partition windows crashed ( when it boots everything gets stuck) so I reverted back to the other OS in other partition.

From the second OS partition I can access the FF folder in the other partition.
But I want to transfer the bookmarks from that FF to the one I am using now ...

How to do it ?

slugger ... thanks for the links ...

But I solved the problem .... I booted in safe mode and saved the bookmarks and then imported them into the new system.
