Problem Opening Website

i'm unable to open http://www.soundsonline-forums.com/index.php and soundsonline.com in any browser
i'm using a bsnl broadband connection.it opens at my friend's pc.

there was this one time i was using sify bband no sites aside from google wud open up the prob was fixed next day just wait a day i dont think firewall has anything to do with this

BSNL here.. Site working fine in Opera , FF and IE

the thing is that this page opens on my mac but not on my pc in any of browser-ie,mozilla,opera,safari

Try Disable the firewall, and run Ping command on the domain... !!! see if you are getting response or not
