VirtuMonde Problem!!!

"Spybot S&D" In my PC has found a trojan called "Virtumonde". But it's not able to remove the .dll file from my system So whenever my system starts up that file creates the registry files had they been deleted. Mcaffe doesn't even able to find it. The dll file is "yabcb.dll" can ne body help me out. When i try to delete a message appears telling it's being used by other person or program. Cloase that program. I don know bout that prog.

Try removing this file by logging into safe mode. For that restart your computer and Press F8 and choose Safe Mode. Or use some good antivirus like Kaspersky
