Plz Help me regarding Virus

friends i am facing one big problem regarding virus

1. when ever i right click on any drive in my computer the OPEN and EXPLORE name or changed into some other languages i tried norton with latest updates and anti spywares and trojan removers,hijakthis,autoplayremoval tools but same problem

2.services.exe error in starup

plz give me the ultimate solution of these viruses

I recommend trying other antiviruses(Avast might do well) or reinstall your windows.
