Default Cannot set Nero speed

I recently installed Nero 7.2.7.0. When I try to burn anything the option to set the burn speed does not show. Everything gets burnt at max speed. How to make that option appear? What to do?

Please help.

C'mon guys. 90% people use Nero yet no answer.

Click this bellow Expantion icon to access the Speed option while burning...

Damnit!! when I slide open that portion I only see the following. Never thought the burn screen will show different options.
