PC hangs after resuming from Hibernate?

Whenever I switch from hibernate condition state, my PC hangs and shows BOD (Blue screen of death) and sometime contains "KERNEL STACK INPAGE" ERROR but when I restart, system works fine.
It shows "system recovered from serious error" and contains following files in log..

BCCode : 1000007e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : B657ABE4
BCP4 : B657A8E0 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

F:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER97ab.dir00\M ini082207-04.dmp
F:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER97ab.dir00\s ysdata.xml

Although RAM is working fine in both slots of MBD,I renabled hibernate option from control panel but nothing happened,I also defragmented my drive,and I repaired files by reinstalling....

Experts plz help as all we know how Hibernate option saves your switching time.....one more question plz....
Is there any disadvantage in hibernating computer....?

hmm....dunno about your problem, but hibernating does slow down your pc, no instantly, but gradually....

Try these Bellow steps...

Hibernation problem on computers with 1 GB of RAM

Also delete the Hibernate file for once,

Access the Control Panel and double-click Power Options.
Select the Hibernate tab in the Power Options Properties dialog box.
Clear the Enable Hibernation check box and click OK.
Restart the system

Now after restart Defrag the HDD, once done now you can turn on the Hibernation once again !!!

Sorry,,4 dat galti se galat sec main dal diye but I still not able to resolve.....experts plz help

Kya yaar cheeta.....kabhi to help kiya karo ye rate ratye se sol mat diya karo...
