[3]are they important ?
[4]can i delete them ?

pmhandler is some utility by Lenovo PC
nodkrn32 is the best antivirus software that is NOD32

u can check all of them here. unless any are malware, safer to disable them. but ya, removing them will not remove the files, but only prevent them from starting up. i think ur pc is infected. nodkrn23 is trying to masquerade as a nod32 process ! i thinks its a trojan. just scan ur pc wilt avg anti-spyware first...

The rest all are valid processes
hkcmd - Intel Hotkey Command
ehtray - Windows Media Center tray (u dont need it unless ur using media center regularly, else u can disable it, doesn't make a diff)
igfxtray, igfxpers - intel integrated graphics

You can do a simple google search for the process name and u'll get more info on it..
