Help against VIRUS !!

Guys please help me. My system had got infected by a virus few days ago. I don rememeber the name now sorry. I have Kaspersky installed which is up-to-date. So I scanned my PC thoroughly and many files were corrupted, I deleted all of them. But yesterday when I tried to use the my Folder options it was no longer opening !!! I re-scanned my PC but no virus found !! What should I do now.. ? Is there any way to restore it ?

Guys today my system is infected by a virus name "PE_RESOURCER.A"
I scan my system with Trend Micro's SysScan and it detect five file as infected. Now How can I clean these file.

5 files containing viruses.
Found 5 viruses totally.
Maybe 0 viruses totally.

the problem/question is not about creating it

d fact dat i have a fully functional Folder Option window, means that there is a registry entry that is making Folder Option accessible

all i want 2 know is that where is that entry if it is not in the loaction i specidied

do you have more than one acc..? If yes then in that case my be your other account's folder options is not working and you might be checking that one.. !! If you have confirmed this then sorry for doubting you !!

i got only 1 account Administrator account

Not all things are handled by registry. So u'll never find the key to show Folder Options in Registry Editor.

"NoFolderOptions" DWORD value is used to disable Folder Options. Its not like you make "ShowFolderOptions" and it'll start showing it. These DWORD values are predefined in Windows. Actually such DWORD values were created to restrict users for sharing environments. So there is no as such DWORD value.

how will i do it?
do i create a new dword value and give it a vlue of 1

as for sharing environments do you mean multiple user login names?

^^ Yep. No such DWORD value is pre-made there. You hv to make one and set its value to 1.
