Default screen resolution problem


hi,
today morning i have changed my screen resolution to 1280*something.then the screen is disappeared.when i restart the windows boot screen will loaded and when come to the login screen then the screen output is out of range.the monitor is viewsonic widescreen lcd monitor.wat can i do?please help me.

boot into the safe mode by pressing F8 while booting & in safe mode set the resolution to 1440x900, then boot back regularly.
