2.0 G.B flash drive formated ,showing 128 M.B only

2.0 G.B flash drive formated and now showing only 128.M.B. window disk management is also showing only 128.M.B. (it is not showing any unallocated space in flash drive.)
paragon partition manager is able to format flash drive, but it also showing 128 M.B.
how to get back full storage space back.

i have been using full 2.0 G.B for quite long time. i mesh it up because i wanted to make it bootable.

before posting i have searched, and it have shown many many thread. all showing useless result. even advance search does not help. it shows lots and lots of off topic thread.

i have read this thread before posting. they are all related to cheap chinese version.
i have Scandisk brand with bill and warranty.

i have got the solution and its is showing its 2.0 G.B again full capacity.
i have used Active@ killdisk software. and its Zero filling utilities has solved the problem.
