Default generic host process for win32 service

hello all
can any one help me ?

when ever i connect to my bsnl broadband in my office, after some time i get an error message "generic host process for win32 services encountered problem and need to close. ". After I hit close the broadband hangs. even i can't disconnect it. then i have to reboot it.

i tried a trick to block two ports in registry.

changed the vale of
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\NetBT\Parameters]
"TransportBindName"="\\Device\\" to "TransportBindName"=""

and

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Ole]
"EnableDCOM"="Y" to "EnableDCOM"="N"

This is working but I am unable to access my local network shares and workgroup pcs are also not seen in network places.

so can any one help me . Because i need both broadband and local area network shares.

please mail me at
