Default Interchanging cells in Excel


I've created a worksheet in XL, which now, due to some reason, i need to interchange the rows and columns of...
I need to move the field, as well as the values, keeping the same orientation..
Can anyone help me on this account??

try this;
cut the column you want to interchange and go to the column where you want to paste and do a right click on your mouse and click the Insert copied cells option... similarly you can do for the rows as well...you have to manually do it for each of the column and row though but it is done...

Copy the cells you want to interchange.....click Edit>Paste Special>Transpose.....u r done
