Hi prabhatmohit
Try this...
Boot XP in 'SafeMode' by tapping F8 key. Once you are in SafeMode, right click 'My Computer', click 'Properties'. A box will appear. In the box, click 'Advanced' tab. Look for 'Startup and Recovery' option and click 'Settings' button under it. A new box/window will appear. In that look for 'System Failure' option. Then uncheck the option 'Automatically Restart'. Then Click OK and OK buttons.
This should take care of issue.
Enjoy.
