I have a similar problem
The solutions are kinda out of reach because I dont have a second PC to back the data and/or do the technical stuff.

The thing is that my friend's mom kept a password so that my friend's lil bro doesnt play PC games. But he changed the password and now auntyji doesnt know the pass herself (Youngsters). Is there any way to retrieve the password without using 2nd comp and anyother 3rd party stuff.

EDIT:: I found this page
http://www.petri.co.il/forgot_admini...r_password.htm

The author uses freeware to retrieve the passwords.
