Default running windows installer in safe mode

This trick can be used to tell any service that you will need in safemode to start.Just run the following line in "cmd"
REG ADD "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot\Mi nimal\MSIServer" /VE /T REG_SZ /F /D "Service" net start msiserver
