virus!!!please help

look at the screenshot.when i try to open firefox ,it closes saying to use ie.

click run in start menu and paste this
firefox -safe-mode
and click ok. If firefox starts normally, go to addons and check if any unwanted extensions are added. uninstall them if you find any. restart firefox.
If it doesn't work then,
Remove any viruses using an antivirus and reinstall firefox.
