Can't work with MSOffice & Internet Explorer

I am unable to work with msword, msexcel, msaccess, powerpoint. Whenever I click on shortcut message with heading "Problem with shortcut" appears which says "System trace information was not specified in your Config.sys file, or tracing is disallowed." I am also not able to open internet explorer 6. Message appears "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Recently I had formatted my HDD and changed my OS from Windows XP Home Edition (original) to Windows XP Professional (pirated). I am using Office XP.

Kindly help me urgently how to get rid of these problems!!

its got sumthin 2 do wit script debugging so do dis

1. Open IE
2. Tool->Internet Option->Advanced->Disable Script Debugging

click on OK

restart windows
u shud b able 2 run IE w/o issues

as 4 solvin d problem in office, i suggest dat u install all d latest SPs and Service Releases made avilable by MS 4 ur office suite and kep it up-2-date

Browse to c:\Documents and settings\<Username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates delete normal.dot (may need to reboot system)
