Regsvr32 problem : Unable to register dll file

Hello friends, can anyone plz solve my problem :
when I tried to register wnaspi32.dll by typing the command "regsvr32 wnaspi32.dll" in the run command prompt I got the following error:
wnaspi32.dll was loaded but the DLLRegisterServer entrypoint was not found...this file cannot be registered.
Then I tried with a random .dll file but got the same error mesage.
I am running Win XP Pro sp2.
