Avg make my computer Slow

I used free Avg Antivirus Internet Security 7.5.431.836.rar. It has great options and always ask for installation software or run the programme but there is one problem it always delete registry edit and make computer profermanance slow. I remove it from my computer but my computer is still slow how can I re back up my regedit, and make computer fast please help me .

Can you explain as to how AVG deleted entries in registry editor. And files from regedit?????????
