shutdown dialog desktop shortcut

Hi all,
i would like to ask is there any possible to create a desktop shortcut for bring out the shutdown dialog instead of go to start>turn off computer>shutdown dialog? Thanks for advice. cheers.......

Thanks for the quick reply, Vishal. But i had know about the shutdown.exe can do the shutdown, restart, etc task. I mean like i am going to put a shortcut on my desktop, and when i click it, the shutdown dialog will appear and let me choose either to standby, shutdown or restart just like we go to start menu>turn off computer. I've google for long time but still having no success to find it. I think there must be a way to make it shortcut to desktop as it appear at the start menu.

Click on Desktop or Taskbar and press <Alt>+F4.
