higuys can you please suggest me some dictionary software which after installing when ever i select any word it should give me a meaning for that.

If u r on Linux, then u r lucky! U have a tool called "gnome-dictionary" that fits in ur panel, where u can easily access it. AFAIK, there exists a program called kdist for KDE fans also!!

there are many firefox addons for this purpose , go search them.
