Default which program to use for recording

Hi please tell me which program is good to use with which I can record the sound from my microphone as well as here at the same time from the speakers connected to the computer.

I think u can use AUDACITY for this....
It's an open source program n u can download it from here

u cud try Harddiskogg

i'm not sure if being able 2 hear sound being recorded thru d speakers is a gud ida, 'cause if u r able 2 hear d sound from d speaker den so can d mic which wud again pick up d sound from d speaker and will get mixed with the other sound being recorded and it will b a mess of a recording
