Problem with All Video Files.......

Hello Friends i am very much tired with one problem in Windows Vista.
Whenever i try to play any video file in Windows Media Player 11 it doesn't play. And if try to play it with VLC player it plays only sound with Black screen. Here look at this picture

this output i gets when i try to play a .dat extensions video files.

And in this picture

i get's the message codec not found when i try to play .wmv file. I already tried Vista codec pack and all other players but problem still occurs. Using Latest Video Drivers also. Does anybody knows about DRM i think that DRM is somehow related to my problem. Can anybody tell me that are they able to play video files downloaded from internet?? PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME........

My hardware configuration is AMD Athlon 3000+, Asus A8N-VM motherboard having 128MB nVIDIA GPU onboard, 2.5GB RAM, SATA II Hitachi 80GB.

Did u try reinstalling the video drivers ??

After u re-install the Drivers, Try this one with VLC...

Go to Settings, then Preferences, and navigate to Video >> Output Modules, and the Chenge the Output modules to Windows GDI (if doesnt work try with other available) !!!

yes i have tried reinstalling video drivers still not working......

u can try using quicktime or realplayer
