Default IE7 problem!!!

I need help! whenever i click the address bar on ie7, it starts to shake and it keeps going untill i press alt and during shaking i can't type anything!!! if i press alt i can't type anymore. but it sometimes works without shaking???

wat shakes d address bar or d browser window?

wat abt any other windows dat may b open @ dat time. do they also shake?
