Default Office timings


I work in a software company in Goa, and here sofar we dont have much office timings problems.

But lots of my banglore friends tel that working in software company is altogather a different experience.

So i was just curious to know, how its different..

May i know how much hours you spend in office

I spent 12 hrs . 9 to 9 . I love to stay in office . fully AC and with all amenities ....high speed internet ( although restricted ) , lovely friends , some good problems for ur head , good place to learn , totally cool environment , .

although package is not that much high but I am happy with all other features .

everything ,.... hah hah

9 to 9 compulsary timings, r there any flexibilities in timings or they r rigid,
