Default chipset

is it wise to install a chipset after everything else has been installed. say for instance a new chipset became avalible. should I innstall that, and then should I reinstall other drivers? I asked Mr. Vista, but he's a busy man, or maybe he thought it was a dumb question... which it probably is, just want to know what others think.

i suppose you are talking abt chipset driver... its recommended to be installed prior to installation of other drivers after OS installation. after that if therez an update then simply update the chipset driver. u need not re-install other old drivers unless an update is available.
