Default Firewall blocking a site

There's a forum of my college, i can't seem to log on or post without disabling my firewall. I get this message when the firewall is on:

Quote:
Warning: your browser doesn't send the HTTP_REFERER header to the website.
This can be caused due to your browser, using a proxy server or your firewall.
Please change browser or turn off the use of a proxy
or turn off the 'Deny servers to trace web browsing' in your firewall
and you shouldn't have problems when sending a POST on this website.
I do online transactions all the time so can't risk the firewall being disabled. Can anyone help out, i'm running windows xp professional, without sp2, the firewall is Sunbelt Personal Firewall.

Thnx for ur help.
