well firstly why so many partitions? second why are they FAT32, XP runs best on ntfs. Do you have the option for a PC Recover (would explain the partitions) (I know dell's you hold ctrl-F11 at startup and it gives you option to reinstall win from recovery partition takes 20 minutes as apposed to 45 min plus install of drivers and all software)? Anyways looks like your computer is a name brand... Kobian ... is that correct, normally u can get there drives from their website but I am having problems accessing that site now, same with intels. basically the major driver you will want to get is the chipset for the mobo. sometimes you can let XP install this but since you only have SP1 it would be better to find it on Kobian's website, try calling them, ask if you have a recovery partition....
I'll check back later when/if I can open their webpage.

go here http://www.mercury-pc.com/downloads.php select mainboard, select intel pentium 4 socket 478, intel chipset, PI865D7. save to a disk.if you want grab the other drivers as well, but make sure u have the chipset this is the key to making the computer function correctly. after you format and then install windows, install the chipset, then reboot the computer. the next driver should be video, and is recommened to reboot computer, then install other drivers, then do your windows updates (which will take a while because u will want sp2) then go ahead and install other software. make sure when you format u have nothing else plugged in (ie, ethernet, printer, camera etc...) should just have monitor keyboard and mouse. let us know how it turns out for ya.

thanx mates
but my prob was no more coz of a s/w names... driver genius
it copy all the drivers from our currently installed os
and make a backup
u just need to run that back up file after OS installation
its awesome
and one more s/w i gone through is nlite
it is very usefull coz u can customize ur OS as per ur requirement
means u can add drivers, hotfixes, updates and programs etc
and these s.w and drivers ll be installed along with the OS
so need to install all the stuffs after fresh installation
its handy and ready to use
and for vista its vlite
vista in vista u can preload ur driver so that they can run after installation
no error or no compatibility check

^^ Driver Genius is not free, its a shareware.
nLite is free though.

But IMO Driver Genius is not foolproof. It gave me troubles.
