Windows Media Player 11 problem

My Windows Media Player 11 fails to play VOB files .Also when i play video file ,green colours replaced the screen instead of the video after playing 4 a while.Plz solve the problem

just install vlc media player or k-lite mega codec pack. u'll never have a prob again

i too face dis prob with WMP 10. but the stange thin is that i was able to play it without any issues using WMP 6.X.X.X.X, probably b cos of the codec pack installed

I tried installing the K Elite Codec pack bt it does not wrk again . May i no the settings for installing it whether minimal or full. I also tried both . Plz tell me the change in the setting after installing the codec pack.The thing is that i can play the vob file through media classic. How to do it in WMP 11

Reinstall media player .Dont worry about the album art and all they'll come back .Then reinstall k-lite with 'Playback purposes only' setting .Get the latest klite pack if possible from this website

install VLC player as windows has not given out .vob support with MP10

google for vlc and get addicted psst it plays many format and is not resource hungry

i just found out dat WMP 10 [dat i have] plays DVDs if dey r played from d DVD directly and not if u copy d *.VOB files onto d HDD

while surfing d NET 4 ur problem i found dat others 2 were facing similar problem and they resorted 2 using

K-Lite mega codec pack is the best and plz guys.. suggest him solutions related to WMP11 .. he is asking how to solve problem in WMP11 where as many are suggesting altogether different media players... i mean..it can be a solution but tht is not he asked for.

Simply means that u check all boxes .Use ffdshow decoder for decoding DVD's too ! I use it too .Have u followed all steps ... i mean uninstalled before installing . Which other plugin packs or players do u have for dvd playback ?

At the time of installation of k elite codec pack, there r 2 options for minimal.When i try 2 play vob files wmp 11 just fails 2 play with a X in the side bar. and it too shows DVD in the task bar of the wmp 11. It is like this only when k elite codec pack is installed.Before that it was none.I used vlc

my media player starts giving some problem.. its dont be full screen when i double click on screen while playing mpeg file..sometimes it shows error msg...

u can try plugins for windows media player..go to wmp ..tools>plug-ins>download plug-ins

& How to Unintall windows media player..???anybody knows...

u cant play .vob files with wmp11......u can try media player classic though

install k-lite mega codec pakage

vista-codec and k-lite codec pack dont support all formats

but k-lite mega codec pack supports maximum formats
