Vista ADMIN ?

hi frnds
can any one plz guide me how to run in ADMIN
I think i am in ADMIN profile but
during connecting with my nokia pc suite
a pop shows onlu ADMIN have the power to change setting
so i made another 2 user account
and again i loged in as ADMIN
but still that pop up says ADMIN can change the setting
wth is that
how can i change the settings?
plz guide me
