I cannot take the task manger, no run,no registry like that it always says that it is disabled by your administrator and i am the administrator even if i go to safe mode and log on to administrator it does not show up.

hey.it may be due to the virus.......as i my Pc is also suffering from this virus name "Brontok"............usually comes from meomory card
