Maskrider.vbs Virus

MY SYSTEM HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY MASKRIDER.VBS.
THIS HAS CHANGED THE TITLE OF MY "IE-EXPLORER-6 ALSO TO "TAGA ESTI ,MARINDUQUE MABUHAY!!! by nicklaus s.bunag"`

i have also found the maskrider.vbs file but m unable to delete it.
i m able to delete the autorun.inf file,but it appears again.

i have also changed in registry entries.but all in vain.
what should i do.? now.?

do u have problem with opening harddisk drive..
like coming autoplay in right click menu ????

Boot into Safe Mode (or schedule a boot-time scan) and scan your Pc with your AV and two AntiSpys. A safe-mode or a boot-time scan is always the preferred way in case of a severe malware attack. Finish off with cleaning up your residual PC junk with CCleaner. Reboot.

If problm stl persists post ur hjy log pls.
