Default PC not rebooting

My pc isnt rebooting.. The cpu starts alright but the monitor led just keeps blinking.. The problem isnt related to software.. I havent been able to figure out the problem yet but think it might be due to excess moisture as it rained heavily here last night.. I know it sounds crazy but i m not able to think of any other reason.. There s no problem wit the ram or psu.. Ny solutions???

take out the RAM, & clean its contacts.

this no-display problem = most probably RAM problem

As u said CPU starts normally that means there is no problem in ur system. Its 100% monitor problem.
Also try to switch off/on monitor. Sometimes it helps specially in Samsung monitors.
And also try our "Simulation Racing Freak" suggestion.

When you say "cpu starts alright" does it give the short beep sound like it normally boots? If so then do what Vishal suggested.
If not then like s18000rpm suggested try cleaning the ram and stuff.
Wait...you say the ram and psu are ok.Have you checked them?
