Multibootable dvd

I want to make a multibootable dvd consisting the following

Windows Vista 32bit
Windows XP 32bit
Some linux
NT password recovery software
Acronis Disk Director
and may be some thing else

what is the software to use & how in brief if possible specially for the boot file.
Magic ISO has the option to do this making menu during boot.Did anyone tried the software to make multibootable cd or dvd.Does it works good during installing the OS.

I have already seen that link.
I want to boot XP & VISTA not XP & previous versions & vista does not have any i386 folder so that tutorial is no use.But thanks for the reply.
