mp4 video playback expected!!!

I recently got a .mp4 file which is supposed to contain a music video. But when I play it in Winamp 5.35(the most recent version) only the sound comes - No Video!! The file info shows this:-

1 video H264 Baseline@3, 196.262 secs, 1463 kbps, 480x360 @ 29.970142 fps
2 audio MPEG-4 AAC LC, 196.162 secs, 0 kbps, 44100 Hz

What is that H264 Baseline@3? I found it from the net that it is a video codec for iPods!! Is that true??
And most importantly, how do I see the video?? Are there any players that can play these sort of files, or I have to convert it to something else? Even then, how???

Try using VLC.....great media player(plays almost all formats)
