Unhappy Something is accessing my net ...

Hi ppl ..
i am a subscriber of bsnl dataone, and hav a download-upload limit of 1gb. Recently some program on my computer is 'sending' loads of data to the net .. hence while browsing, the data sent is phenomenally higher than received. I is happening since a few weeks ...
can u please tell me hw can i detect the curplit so that i can uninstall the program. Plz help me ..

on start menu of windows, click on run.
type cmd and enter.
so u see black screen, and now type as below...
netstat -a or netstat -n
here u find ip address by which ur data is cosumed...

also use firewall.. like zone alarm or jetico...

Get a gud firewall it will give u the list of programs tryin to access internet and hopefully ur prob will be solved

Seems like a Trozen...

Also scan your PC with Ad-Aware and SpyBot Search and Destroy.
And maybe run a Virus Scan using your antivirus.
I think you will find the culprit.

try spyware terminator (free ware)
update the antivirus
take down shahplus bandwidth meter and have a log of it

and past it here

may that help us to understand the problem

use firewall like quick heal, comodo zone alarm to block these programs from accessing internet.
