i have face a serious problem.While iam in online a dialog box appears as below

GENERIC HOST PROCESS FOR WIN 32 services has encountered a problem and need to close. we are sorry for the inconveniences.

Iam currently using WIN XP SERVICE PACK 2.
plz help
it is urgent

Check ur computer for Viruses/Malware.

no..........turn on your firewall of windows....
just do it....it will work..
