I want the software who convert the mpeg to VCD. any free software is there.

u can use imtoo mgeg encoder

but its not free u has to pay for it

Almost every CD / DVD burner comes with Nero, and while Buring a VCD, nero will convert that MPEG file to VCD format for u !!!!

Besides imtoo nero....
u could try winx dvd author cater ur all demands almost all formats it can convert and burning to disl or folder.
