internet explorer 7 problem

hi i have installed IE7BETA2-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe as i have just installed my fresh xp service pack 2 but after installation my i.e tries to connect to this link
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=54834 but after going to this link nothing is appering on the page even i have tried to refrest so many of time but all in vain . always it is showing error on page
even i have tried to install i.e 7 from microsoft site but it is also showing the same error
what needs to be done to rectify this ?

why install IE7's BETA version??
