Default Cut Problems

Sometimes when I cut a file, I get a message "Invalid size or checksum of file or unsupported compression format-Native error :00008.File processing error, possibly disk is full.".Sometimes I get this in place of that "Deflate64 compression method is not supported- Native error: 00055.File processing error, possibly disk is full."

Has my hard disk developed bad sectors?

Default Re: Cut Problems

How much free space u have in ur Windows System Drive ??

also, to know whether u have BAD sector or not, run a check disk,

Go to Start >> RUN >> Type cmd, now in the command pront, type chkdsk x: /f change the X with ur Drive letters now the result will show if any bad sector and the amount of it as if there are any,

Note for Windows Drive and boot drive and for the drive where page file is, u would be asked to restart the system as check will run when restarting , this because ofthe /f switch which asks windows dish checker to repair if there is any problem
