Cannot access any site in Windows

For the last few days I am unable to access any site in Windows except BSNL portal.
and cannot access BSNL portal in Linux -message ie required
These problems were not there before
In Linux speed of Broadband is very good

in Windows Make sure no Firewall is turned on or any such network protection !!!

In Linux,firefox will work with dataone sites.if it doesnot, install opera.
opera shows dataone usage well.DataFox is also an option for firefox.
the moronsat bsnl are yet to understand that Linux reached Desktop segment too as along with servers.
check below one works for firefox:

if everything fails u may need to opt opera's menu tools>quick preferences>Editsite preferences to set as mask as IE.
for me opera by default works well with dataone site.

check your trusted/restricted sites list in IE options also how big is your host file? (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc). does safe mode gice you same results?
