shutdown problem?????????

i cant shutdown or restart my pc while presing on start button
i cant shutdown using shurdown -s -t 00 it also doen't work
i cant change admin a/c [acess is denied]
i cant open gpedit.msc group policy

is there any way i can restore it....
i do have any restore point in my computer

Possible you may have Virus Infection... Please use any good AVS or use one online scanner, like http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner to see if u have a Virus on the PC or not... I suggest u download Kaspersky AntiVirus Trial, install it, and run a scann !!! Make sure when u try to scan ur PC for Virus, u turn off the System Restore .... Also get ur self, Spybot SnD run a scan with it to make sure no spyware....

Make sure U have the Lastest Service Pack installed for ur OS and latest update Patches !!!

Once u made sure system is Virus/Spyware free, then go to start, and then run, command, sfc /scannow, u would need Windows Installation source for that !!!
