I suggest VCD cutter or VCD clipper or u can try Virtual dub. HAPPY COMPUTING

It's depending on the format of your VIDEO.

If your video is in a VCD, Use Clipper: http://www.simtel.net/vcliper.zip

If your file is MPEG, Use Splitter: http://www.boilsoft.com/videosplitter/

How about one for splitting AVI files at the required locations? Do we have any good free ware to split AVI files? The ones that I use take a long time and give me the option to split the file based on certain seconds rather than where I want to like how I could do with VCD Cutter. Unfortunately VCD Cutter doesnt support AVI files!
